BSSC Recruitment 2025 For 198 Auditor (Cooperative Societies)

Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has announced recruitment for 198 Auditor (Cooperative Societies) posts through Advertisement No. 05/2025 under the 4th Graduate Level Examination. Out of these, 68 posts are reserved for women candidates. This post is open to graduates with a degree in Mathematics or Commerce. Eligible applicants can apply online from 18th August 2025 to 19th September 2025 on the official BSSC portal.

BSSC Auditor (Cooperative Societies) Vacancy Details

Education

Applicants must hold either:

• A Graduation degree in Mathematics, OR
• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).

Salary

• Pay Level 5: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 per month
• Plus allowances as per Bihar Government rules

Age Limit

As on 01/08/2025:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 37 years (UR Male)
• Relaxations: OBC/EBC & Women (40 years), SC/ST (42 years), PwD (+10 years)

Application Fee

• UR/BC/EBC & Outside Bihar (Male/Female): ₹540
• SC/ST (Bihar Residents), Women (Bihar Residents), Disabled: ₹135
  Fee payment must be made online (BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card).

Selection Process

• Preliminary Exam: 150 questions (600 marks), objective type with -1 mark penalty for wrong answers
• Mains Exam:
  • Paper 1: Hindi (400 marks; 30% qualifying)
  • Paper 2: General Studies, General Science & Maths, Reasoning (600 marks)
• Document Verification

3. Fill out the application form carefully with correct details.
4. Upload scanned copies of documents, recent photograph, and signature.
