IOCL Recruitment 2026 for 313 Trade & Technician Apprentice Posts at Bihar Barauni Refinery

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Barauni Refinery has released a large-scale recruitment notification for the engagement of 313 Trade and Technician Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. This apprentice engagement drive is open to ITI, Diploma, 12th pass, B.Sc, B.Com, and B.A qualified candidates. Selected candidates will undergo training as per the IOCL guidelines and will receive a stipend as per the Apprenticeship rules. The online registration process is open from 28th November to 18th December 2025 (5:00 PM) through the official IOCL portal after completing the mandatory NAPS/NATS registration.

Step 4: Login with your credentials and fill out the application form with accurate personal and academic details.
Step 5: Upload scanned documents including educational certificates, photograph, signature, and ID proof.
Step 6: Submit the application form on or before 18th December 2025 (5:00 PM) and take a printout for your reference.
